Refund Policy
JUST XPLORE is dedicated to helping its customers as much as possible and therefore has an extensive cancellation policy. According to this policy:
Cancellation is only accepted if requested immediately after order placed. However, cancellation requests will not be honored once the order has been sent to the seller/retailer and the shipping process has begun.
JUST XPLORE does not accept cancellation requests for damaged items such as flowers and food. However, if the customer decides that the quality of the delivered product is not satisfactory, return/exchange is available.
If you receive damaged or damaged products, please inform Customer Service. However, the seller will review the request after it is approved and take the same action. You must report within 7 days of receiving the item.
If you think that the product you received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. Customer Service will review your complaint and make appropriate decisions.
If you have a complaint about a product covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer.
JUST XPLORE After the refund is approved, it takes 3-5 days to process the refund to the final customer.
